Deposits are non-refundable. You may reschedule or cancel an appointment up to 48 hours prior to your scheduled appointment time. If you need to cancel an appointment at short notice due to an emergency please contact us directly for further information. At the managements discretion deposits may be returned if we deem your emergency is valid.
